 I am Paula J. Sheldon, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with several years experience dealing with adolescents and adults. My practice includes individuals and couples, people in groups and families. Assisting victims of trauma and PTSD is a personal specialty area as is helping those who struggle with anger, depression or anxiety.
